Follow unlock process :
1. Switch off the mobile
2. Press the power, volume down button together
3. Bootloader menu will appear. Here select recovery mode
4. Press the power enter into recovery menu.
5. Select wipe data / factory reset option
6. Select delete all user data and press enter.
This process will delete all the data from the Nexus phone.
